Quadoria Sanctum Return Policy

Quadoria Sanctum is a sanctuary for healing and intention. Every balm, oil, and ritual item is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because of the intimate and energetic nature of these creations, the following return guidelines apply.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for unused and unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Used products cannot be returned. This includes any item that has been opened, applied, burned, tested, or otherwise removed from its original sealed state.

Ritual oils, balms, bath products, spell kits, and any item made to order are not eligible for return once opened. This is for safety, quality control, and energetic integrity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos of the product and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Ritual kits
• Bath bombs
• Spell oils once opened
• Custom or personalized products
• Digital offerings
• Services and readings

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing once the return is received and inspected.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except in cases of damage or error on our part.
